Lighting/Uplighting

Lighting adds amazing ambiance to your wedding. From a soft glow of your favorite color, to a color that matches your party theme. It will help set the mood. The Eclipse Effect Entertainment staff can work with you to help design the lighting in the room for your wedding reception. We combine your ideas and our suggestions to make an amazing looking reception hall.

We are one of the few mobile DJ companies on the island that offer advanced lighting services that are all done in house, that way we are able to pass on the savings to you. We charge by lighting design, not per fixture like most lighting companies do. Special uplighting prices are available with any of our services packages. We do also offer uplighting as a stand alone service without our DJ, MC, or sound services. Amount of uplighting needed depends on the size of the room and what we uplight.. Lighting also plays an important part in how your wedding videos and pictures turn out. Getting lighting in the right color, intensity, and angles on a couple for the first dance or speeches can really add to a photo or video. We work with your photographer and/or videographer beforehand and throughout the wedding to make sure they can get amazing shots for your wedding. More Info

A personalized gobo is the bride and grooms names, initials, or monogram that is displayed on the walls or dance floor. More Info

Cake Spotlight

Spotlighting a wedding cake is a great way to draw attention to and proudly show off the design of your wedding cake. For this we put a spotlight on the cake with a LED light which doesn't generate much heat and will not melt the fondant on your cake.

Ceremony PA & Mic Set Up

This is probably the most important time of your wedding. You need a professional who can coordinate and cue up the correct music for your walk down that isle. Eclipse Effect Entertainment can help provide that for you. We can set up a PA sound system with wireless mic set up and have a sound man cue up your ceremony music or have a acoustic musician plug into our sound system to play your ceremony music live for you. We also use non obtrusive PA speaker and wireless mic to keep the set up clean and elegant looking while maintaining that quality sound.

Dancing In The Clouds

We use the latest in dry ice technology to create an effect of dancing on clouds. This will create an unbelievable feeling for your first dance and wow your guests. Timeline Help

Once you book a wedding package with Eclipse Effect Entertainment, we make it easy for you to keep in touch with us and take some stress off the planning. You get exclusive access to our client login area, which gives you access to planning form (which allows the emcee know who to announce in your wedding party or lets the DJ know what song to cue up at what time), a timeline form (makes creating a timeline for your reception easy), and a music request form (this lets you look up your favorite songs, preview them, and submit them to us to have ready for your wedding). The music request area also has section with top wedding song ideas. For example if you can't find the right song for your cake cutting, mother-son dance, etc., just check out the "Top Wedding Songs" section. We help you create a timeline that will keep your guests engaged and entertained; from custom songs for the first dances to games like the "Shoe Game".

During the reception

We can help make sure your wedding reception is running on time. We have great coordinators that have lots of experience running and stage managing many events, from small events to big concerts with thousands of people. Wedding receptions don't always have to run exactly on time, but the coordinator can help the wedding reception run smoothly and within a given time frame.
